Images in Flight Limited, operating as Irish Balloon Flights, are a commercial Hot Air Balloon Operator providing a number of services to both individuals and companies throughout Ireland. These services range from fare-paying passenger flights, aerial advertising and corporate event management.

We have been operating Hot Air Balloons for more than 15 years and are the first company based in the Republic of Ireland to offer the public balloon flights. We are fully approved by the Civil Aviation Authority for the operation of passenger flights - certificate number BL193. We operate a gift voucher system for balloon flights where a voucher is issued that is valid for 12 months to suit the availability of the customer. These flights take place at a number of prestigious venues around the Dublin area as well as a number of other areas of the country.

We are keen to increase the interest in Hot Air Ballooning in Ireland and welcome those who wish to partake at a deeper level.

Passenger Flights

Our Hot Air Balloon pleasure flights take place all year round from a variety of prime locations. These launch sites have been chosen for their scenic location as well as the accommodation and other facilities that they can provide. For passenger rides we operate two balloons, one with a capacity to carry around 8-10 passengers, and the second to take 4 or 5 passengers.

Images in Flight Limited have over 15 years experience in aerial advertising. We have operated balloons for a wide variety of companies in all aspects of business. These balloons have been both traditional standard-shaped balloons as well as special shaped balloons that are designed to mimic a specific product.

Corporate Balloon Flights

Images in Flight are very experienced in providing corporate entertainment and have a number of options to add something special to corporate events. In most cases, we are able to jointly offer both ballooning activities in addition to conferencing facilities with our many hotel launch site partners.
