Pensions Board Ireland
The Pensions Board is a statutory body set up under the terms of the Pensions Act, 1990.
The Pensions Board regulates occupational pension schemes and Personal Retirement Savings Accounts in Ireland as part of their statutory role to monitor and supervise the operation of the Pensions Act. Secondly, they advise the Minister for Social and Family Affairs on pension matters generally.
They are here to protect the interests of Irish pension scheme members and to spread information on pensions. A wide range of general pensions information is available on their website www.pensionsboard.ie.
To estimate how much you should be contributing on an annual basis in correspondence with your age and current annual salary consult the Sample Pensions Calculator.
